상태를 뒤에 붙이는 3개 동사 — 태도가 다르다

같은 상태인데 동사로 태도가 갈린다

•공통 구조: S + [have/get/keep] + O + [상태] (adv / adj / p+n / -ed / -ing)
•HAVE = 정적인 소유. 그 상태가 이미 확보되어 있음. I have the door open = 문이 열려있는 상태
•GET = 동작. 그 상태가 되게 만듦. Get the door open = 어떻게든 열리게 만들어
•KEEP = 유지·자제. 반대로 움직이려는 걸 막음. Keep the door open = 계속 열려있게 지켜
•get the door open ≠ open the door — get은 '어떻게든' 뉘앙스

→같은 'door open' 상태라도 → have(이미) / get(만듦) / keep(유지)
→소유 4동사: have(정적) · get(동적+put) · keep(지킴) · take(공격적)

소유 4동사 개요

소유 4동사 비교:

• HAVE = 정적인 소유 (가지고 있는 상태)

• GET = 동적인 소유 + put (상태를 만듦)

• KEEP = 지켜내는 소유 (유지)

• TAKE = 공격적 소유 (내 것으로 가져옴) ↔ '남의 이익을 잃게 함, 빼앗아가다, 갉아먹다'

공통 문법 구조: S + [have/get/keep/take] + O + [adv / p+n / adj / -ed / -ing]

→ '재배치' 즉 목적어의 상태를 뒤에 붙여 설명

HAVE 상태 예시:

• I have the door open = The door is open (문이 열려 있다)

• I have my phone off = My phone is off (전화기가 꺼져있다)

• She has strong perfume on (her body) — 향수 진하게 있는 상태

• I had 3 days off (work) — 일에서 쉬는 상태로 3일

• She has makeup on — 메이크업 한 상태

• I have my car parked outside — 차가 주차된 상태

• We have another person coming — 한 명 더 오는 상태

GET = 움직임·변동: 그 상태로 만드는 동작

• get him up / down / to school / to work / in my car / out of my car / on the bus / off the bus / off work

• get some rest = 쉬어 (take a rest X → get some rest(s) 선호)

• put the light on (붙여) vs get the light on (켜지게 만들다, 고장 결과도 가능)

• get the door open = 어떻게든 열리게 만들다 (≠ open the door, 문연이다)

KEEP = 자제·억제: 반대로 움직이려고 하는 걸 막는 동작

• keep the phone off = 꺼진 상태 유지

• get the phone off = 어떻게든 꺼지게 함

• the spray keeps your hair down

• keep the secret / keep the promise = 지키다

TAKE = 공격적 소유

• take medicine / take a chance / take your time / take a seat

• take a rest (X) → get some rest (O)

• 'I'm sorry I'm taking too much of your time' — 내 몫이야 / 내 쪽으로 가져옴

자주 쓰는 대조:

• get some steak vs buy her present — 부담 없이 가져와/사다 vs 선물로 값있게 사다

• have, get, make, take, let, help, keep, put, be, want 의 일상 사용률 50%

HAVE

확보되어 있는 상태 — 정적인 소유

~한 상태로 가지고 있다 (상태 유지)

We have the tent up now.
우린 텐트 다 세워놨어.
They always have the light on (in the garage).
주차장엔 늘 불을 켜놔.
